Steve Jeffrey, Commercial Estimator, Permanent and Rental Fence

With over 35 years in the fencing industry, Steve Jeffrey has done it all, from installer and foreman to his current role as a commercial estimator and project manager. He works with general contractors, government agencies, Sound Transit, WSDOT, and municipalities on commercial and industrial projects of all sizes.

Outside of work, Steve is happily married with three kids and is known as a true grill master and great cook, always ready to fire up the BBQ for family and friends.

Donald Muridan, Commercial Estimator, Permanent and Rental Fence

With over 30 years in the fencing industry, Donald Muridan has built his reputation on hard work, strong relationships, and a commitment to getting the job done right. A former owner of one of Washington’s largest fencing companies, Donald brings deep experience in design-build, commercial, and military projects. Today, as a commercial estimator and project manager, he works closely with general contractors, government agencies, municipalities, and HOAs across Washington State.

When he’s not managing projects, Donald enjoys time with his two sons and partner being active in Sun Valley, Idaho playing golfing, pickleball, hiking, and skiing. He also enjoys being a home chef experimenting with ethnic recipes from around the world.
